We store account identity, profile data, sessions, community contributions, moderation records, local billing projections, and operational security logs. Payment credentials are handled by Dodo Payments and are not stored here.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate members, operate community features, deliver purchased access, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Processors
Configured processors may include Dodo Payments for commerce and tax, Resend for transactional email, infrastructure and backup providers, and an optional error-monitoring provider.
Retention and rights
Account and content records are retained while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable.
Security
We use signed sessions, verified billing webhooks, encrypted transport, access controls, and off-server backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
