Refund handling must stay aligned with the current Dodo merchant agreement and checkout disclosures.

Because source-code access is delivered immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after download or repository access, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Community subscriptions
Cancel from the customer portal to stop future renewal. Access normally continues through the paid period. Refund requests are evaluated under the checkout terms and applicable law.
How to request
Contact support with the purchase email and transaction reference. Do not send payment-card information.
Merchant of Record
Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record/reseller and may process approved refunds to the original payment method.
